I came across this site the other day - it's kinda fun to look around and see what's new in the world:
AfternoonJava (www.afternoonjava.com). The service and site offer original stories published daily on topics ranging from home design to fashion and style to health and fitness, geared towards busy women who want to stay in the know and don't always have time to endlessly search the web for the best ideas.
We decided to create AfternoonJava after a number of conversations with our friends and significant others. We felt what was really needed was a service that provided a new, original, fresh idea each day on topics that are most important to busy women, whether they are at work, raising families, or focusing their time on friends.
With backgrounds in digital media and Internet businesses, we set out to work with a group of talented contributors and authors to provide unique stories and ideas that will keep readers current and provide new ideas in the following categories, published Monday-Sunday: Home & Garden, Entertaining, Getaways & Going Out, Fashion & Style, Arts & Entertainment, Health & Fitness, and Spirit & Relationships.
Readers can also go back to the site to see previously published stories, as well as share their own new ideas on these topics and comment on existing stories.
